Sure, this place may be quite expensive, charging more than 3 times the amount of other places in Milpitas. But that's not my concern - after all the prices are posted for you to see before the haircut. My concern with the stylist Joe - he speaks only minimal English so communication was an issue. In addition, I think he expects a tip that's 20% or higher (at least $5 for men). I gave a 15% tip for what I thought was a mediocre job, but instead of saying thank you, he gave me an angry look, like I just took advantage of him. I found the experience unexpected and extra-ordinary (in a bad way).

Do not come and cut the hair even you just want to trim a little bit. First time come there and got a small hole behind of my head. Will never come again.

Service is overpriced as it getting higher almost every year. If you find the price is higher than you expected, you might want to try somewhere else...At least i have not visit this store for 1-2 years now. BTW, the owner has a very nice porsche 911 turbo that he always park in front. Very very nice. thats the only thing i think would ever attract me back anymore.

I only work with Alice there. She permed my hair in September 2014, it came out great. I normally just get hair cut. She doesn't over layer imy hair as I have a lot of hair, many stylists tend to over or under layer it but she does it just enough. She is great.! I definitely recommend her. I never worked with her husband, so I don't know if he is good too.
