Went to get a haircut lady cut it and later on i found out it was crooked and one side short and one side long. I kept my recipt and went to complain they wanted to recut it but I wanted a refund and to take my business somewhere else but they wouldn't give me my money back and were being extremely rude which is the reason for 1 star

Took my Son on a walk in and did a great job on his very specific style hair cut. ;) descent price and open late most days keeping up with mall hours. They are across from Forever 21 - best to park upstairs at Target and just come down the escalator.

I would prefer super cuts over this place. Staff was friendly, starting are well spaced out. Did not see them clean the tools or change then out after a customer. No warm towel after either and cost more than super cuts.

The manager was very friendly apon arrival. I was a walk-in and she took me right away to a washing station. She gave a really good and thorough shampoo wash, very relaxing and the products were awesome. I ended up purchasing the shampoo and conditioner because they smelled and felt amazing. I went from having longer hair to pixie, and the process was fast and painless.

Despite all my instructions, and even showing a picture to the lady barber, she did mess up my hair and beard. I repeatedly told her about it and she just did her mess! I finally decided to shut up and immediately visited my local barbershop to pay another $40 to get my hair and beard fixed with much shorter style!
