The woman who cut my hair destroyed my hair. I asked her to cut off the dead ends and layer it. I walked away with hair 3 inches shorter with no layers. I have never had such a bad haircut. The women were all complaining about how much they hate their jobs and I should have left. I hate that woman. She ruined my hair. I have to wait for a YEAR to get 3 inches of growth back because hair grows 1/4 an inch a month. HOW DARE SHE like really I have to live with my hair and she ruined a YEAR of growth with ZERO of what I asked for. I have never had a worse haircut. I hate her and I'm never going back.

The sign said no waiting. I walked in and waited 15 minutes. The lady that cut my hair was very nice and friendly. But, my hair cut could have been better, there is a lot of cut marks and the back wasn't trimmed up. I might give it another try.

I requested a shampoo / blow-out and two times the employee asked if I was getting a haircut. I guess she likes to do cuts. I have thick, course hair and she had no idea that she needed to section my hair for drying/styling. What she did, I could do at home... but my hair was clean!

Thought I would give them a try, and save from paying the cost of the high end salon, I usually go to. Even after reading the reviews, I still went there. I have a styljsh cut, and it's hard enough to get a god cut at any slot. It's obvious they cut hair for men. As soon as I sat down, she immediately started cutting my hair as if I were a boy. I learned my lesson the hard way. It will take a month for my hair to grow out. Lucky it grows fast. Plus I was charged for styling and it was still wet when I left and I did the blow dry myself, because she couldn't get that right. Don't go there.
