A lot of people have been putting 1 star, on this school and I can understand why. The school is HORRIBLE. I mean, the school looks like it hasn't been updated since the day it stated. It has no air-conditioning, so the students had to leave school early because it was unhealthy. I also heard that there water leaks. There's probably mold in the building, and if there is that's really bad for those students to breathe in. And don't get me started with the RUDE, ANNOYING, STUCK UP, principal. She is so rude the students, and parents. Plus, she much talks way to much, and I mean WAY TO MUCH. She talks back to people, she nags people. She is so stuck up. She doesn't listen to anyone else. Its either her way, or no way. Plus, she doesn't care. I repeat: SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. She throws the school problems into the trashcan. Then, when the problem becomes into a HUGE problem, she has no idea what to do because she wastes the school budget. She uses the money that she get from people and just wastes it. She can use the money that she gets from people to get air-conditioning, or fix the water leaks. She is just a bad principal all together, Oh and I family friend told me that they are making the students draw on the ceiling tiles to cover the water leaks stains , Um, THATS NOT THE STUDENTS JOB, IT YOUR JOB LAZY PRINCIPAL. Then, she feels pity for all the bad kids, and says things like "I'm so sorry... Its ok." Like the other review said, she acts like a friend not a principal. I'm just here to say that that school sucks. SUCKS JOB TIME. I hope the school shuts down, and it gets no scholarships. Want to know way they don't need a scholarship so more students to come, BECASUE THE SCHOOL SUCKS. I hope if your send your child or children there, I hope you see this review. And if you don't take my advice, I tried to warn you. Just don't your children there, I don't know how else I can tell you. Just don't, just don't.

THE SCHOOL SUCKS! DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN THERE! THE PRINCIPAL IS SO RUDE TO THE STUDENTS AND PARENTS, AND SHE WONT FIX ANYTHING IN THE SCHOOL! AND WONDERS WHY ALL OF THIS THINGS HAPPEN TO HER SCHOOL! YOU WONT FIX ANYTHING SO WHY EVEN ASK THAT QUESTION! THE PRINCIPAL ASKS LIKE FRIEND NOT A PRINCIPAL! SHE IS SO SORRY EVERY LITTLE KID THAT GETS IN TROUBLE SHE ASK LIKE FRIEND TO THEM! YOU NEED TO BE A PRINCIPAL NOT A FRIEND! THAN SHE SAID THAT HER STUDENTS ARE FROM THE "GHETTO" LIKE, PLEASE DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS??? NO YOU DONT!!!SHE IS RUDE AND ANNOYING. A REALLY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE OF MINE IS TAKING HER CHILD OUT AND TAKING HER TO A NICER SCHOOL WITH MONEY TO SUPPORT THERE KIDS, GIVES NICE LAPTOPS TO THE KIDS TO DO HOMEWORK AND TAKE HOME , AND A GREATER PRINCIPAL! MY FRIEND SAYS "IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN OR CHILD TO GO TO A LIVING HELL, SEND THEM THERE, IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR CHILD OR CHILDREN A GREAT EDUCATION WITHOUT THAT PRINCIPAL, JUST DRIVE PASS THE SCHOOL. AND IF I WERE YOU I WOULD DRIVE PASS THAT STUPID SCHOOL" P.S. IF I COULD I WOULD PUT 𝐙𝐄𝐑𝐎 STARS

LSUS truly loves their students and works very hard to provide them with the things they need for the level that they are at. My oldest son is very bright. After attending LSUS, he took the placement test for his private high school, he tested as fourth highest in the incoming freshman class and recieved a scholarship for high school. He is now on a full ride for academics at an Ivy-level college on the eadt foadt. Obviously, LSUS prepared him well for him for highschool and gave him the foundation to build off of for long-term academic success. My youngest daughter currently attends LSUS. She needs more assistance, and she gets it. LSUS bends over backwards to get every child what s/he needs. She is loved and supported beyond any possible expectation that one could have for a school and I am very grateful to LSUS for the work that they do and for the sincere love and level of caring that they show to their students. If you want for your child to go to a school where s/he is loved and where you can be confident that every measure will be taken and no stone will be left unturned when it comes to her/his care and education, look no farther than LSUS.

My experience with Lutheran South Unity School was when I attended a Unity School & Holy Cross basketball game on Friday, Jan. 31, 2014 and the coach of Unity had two to three players benched for the entire game while the starter group of ball players ran the entire game without rest or a fresh player in the game. Parents were complaining about the loss of the game and the mismanagement by the coach. One player was visibly seen saying that he was tired in the 3rd quarter but the Coach told him to stay in the game and keep his head up! What?! Why did he not use the two players on the bench who had sat there for the entire game? Why didn't he give the starter 5 students a break to rest and use those two rested players. One of the young players on the bench was so upset that he was sat on the bench watching his team lose the game and did not play once! I did not like what I experienced at this Unity basketball game as a visiting guest. I did not enjoy seeing a young man crying and upset because the coach would not let him play during the entire game! Even though everyone could see that the players on the floor was very tired! What was going on with that Coach?! My family and I will not attend another basketball game that Lutheran South Unity School is playing. It was no surprise that Unity lost that game. All the players were exhausted!
