We are new to the program and we love it! I get daily updates on my phone app with how my son is doing which includes photos, his naps, and feedings. The administration is great with communication, if I have any questions or need anything they get back to me right away. Bottom line I know my child is safe, happy and well taken care of. I couldn't ask for more or be happier.

My daughter loves this place and adores her teachers (especially Ms.Mikayla). Nice, clean facilities (with 2 on-site playgrounds), friendly/competent staff, weekly themes, lots of activities balanced with play time, daily reports with photos of what they did, and an all around good environment. We looked at 2 other centers (Petite and YMCA) and several home cares in the area and Phoenix was hands down the winner.

As the Regional Director for Phoenix Children’s Academy in Sherwood, I wanted to address some of the comments in the reviews below. We purchased Kids Kastle in May 2010 and have strived to improve upon an already quality program. Our focus is on the care and education of the children enrolled at our child care center. More emphasis has been placed on teacher training and expanded curriculum. We have great teachers, wonderful educational programs and happy families. I apologize if the person misunderstood our NAEYC status, because of the sale back in 2010, we had to start the NAEYC accreditation process all over again. We are actively pursuing our NAEYC accreditation and look forward to receiving it in 2012 / 2013. I invite you to stop by for a visit to experience our wonderful Phoenix Children’s Academy.

It's been four and a half years since I first dropped my infant son off with Katy and her teachers at PCA (it was called Kids Kastle at the time), and we have been so pleased with our experiences that I was shocked to see the negative comments on this site. Although the complaints are all old, I felt moved to share our experiences at PCA to offer some balance. I felt so vulnerable those first few months of leaving our first baby behind, but the infant room teachers (who are both still at PCA) are so calm, caring, and competent that the days and weeks quickly turned to months, and before we knew it our little one looked forward to being there (which made leaving him much easier). I was always amazed by the grace and wisdom of the teachers as well... if our first child rolled or crawled or walked for the first time at school, I never knew about it. I still don't. The director, Katy, is always available to us, responsive to concerns, involved in the everyday activities of the center, invested in the success of the teachers, and knows all the kids' names! We never considered any other option when our daughter was born in 2009, and we have had the same great experience with her days (years) at PCA. Each time our children have moved up to new classrooms, we have been so pleased with how the teachers quickly get to know them, support their learning styles, and work to give them the interpersonal skills they will use all their lives. I guess the best way to capture the last few years is simply to say that the team at PCA has helped us raise our children into the good people we want them to be, and for that we will be forever grateful. If your are considering PCA for your kid(s), Katy has my contact information and can put us in touch. :
