This school is awesome! I don't go to this school but my dad is the principal and I know how much effort he puts into making this a fun and educational school. I go here in the summer with my dad and it's even fun with no body else! 👍🏼

St. Mary is a perfect fit for our family. Our young children are able to express their faith at school and are encouraged to grow in their faith by the school staff throughout their school day. We have been part of the St. Mary community since Fall 2009 and enjoy the warm, small-school feeling... everyone says, "Hello," and smiles at you as they pass... parents visit casually as we wait for our children to get out of school at the end of the day... there's always a great turn-out at school functions. The kindergarten program is a full-day program, so our son is able to have many extra opportunities that half-day programs don't offer: PE, music, library, computers. His teacher and classroom assistant are well-trained in childhood development and encourage the children to develop good relationships and be good citizens along with teaching all the academic standards in preparation for first grade. The preschool program has an excellent reading development program. Our preschool daughter learned all the letter sounds in one week! Her teacher focuses on preparing her students for the academic and social demands of full-day kindergarten, so we know our daughter will be ready for next year. Both of our children really enjoy the time they spend with the older students that they have been paired up with as prayer partners for classroom activities. The older students always seem so caring and encouraging toward their young partners. I can't say enough wonderful things about St. Mary Catholic School...Our children are always excited to go to school and have many things to share about their day when I ask, "What was your favorite thing today?"

Since attending St Mary Catholic School, my third grader is part of a class that scored well above the national average in math. I attribute this academic accomplishment to the St. Mary’s Catholic School curriculum. The teachers have always strived for a high level of academic excellence while maintaining classrooms that focus on exploration of the world and the fun of learning. More importantly, the school as a whole creates an atmosphere of respect for others and promotes the Christian values that are important to our family.   My first grader was initially nervous about attending school. However, this feeling quickly subsided when she was introduced to her eight grade prayer partner, an older “buddy” that sat with her at mass, and worked with her on reading books and doing projects in school. I regularly see the younger children waving to their prayer partners on their way into school. St. Mary Catholic School understands that value of giving older students accountability as role models and instilling a sense of community in the students.

A great school! We have found a "home" for our entire family. Very friendly parents and students.
