All is fine , till something goes wrong, then good luck getting any service , their central call centre, ensures you will never get to your local office. Another example of large companies that don't care about you after they get your money ( in a local level, the girls are all lovely, helpful etc) but why should I have to go in everytime I need to deal with an issue. You suck sell off !!

I would like to let you know that we received fantastic service from your agent Becky Hambafehy. She took care of every little detail for us and we were able to have our dream holiday to Australia and New Zealand without a worry. We had 11 different flights to get us everywhere we wanted to go over a 6 week time frame. We have known Becky since she was born and I was sure she could do a great job. She is a bright young lady and we trusted her with all our plans. We would like to thank Sell Off Vacations for helping us get our trip of a life time. John and Jenny Huybers Courtright, Ontario
