My wife and i just got back from a trip to Alaska with Best Cruises. The trip was absolutely fabulous. We did a week on land and a week on the Star Princess cruise ship. Best Cruises organized everything for the land portion of our trip and it could not have gone any smoother. Everything was planned and communicated in the most professional and friendly way possible. The hotels were great, the food was fantastic and the excursions were very good. Having Best Cruises plan our trip allowed my wife and I to relax and really enjoy our trip. We would definitely recommend Best Cruises to our family and friends.

My wife and I have used Ruth and Best Cruises for essentially all our cruising vacations over the past 20 years or more. Their prices are the "best" and their service is outstanding. We had once initially used a different travel agency and the results were almost disastrous. (We had a cruise out of Rio de Janeiro with no alert from the agency about required visas; only a last minute rush into NYC to obtain visas on an emergency basis saved our vacation. Such a situation would never have happened using Best Cruises.) Our entire family has learned that there is no reason to shop elsewhere for their cruising vacations.

My wife, who has done business with this agency for years , naturally went to them to book ten day cruise. While reviewing the itenerary , she noticed that the return to Bayonne wasn’t listed . When she spoke to Ruth at the agency, Ruth told her it was a mistake. While at sea, it turns out it wasn’t a mistake. We called her from the ship , Ruth accepted no responsibility. NONE! She said, that she told a colleagues, “ That Was A Strange Conversation “ . Between plane fair , cabs, extra days of parking in Bayonne, the trip cost an extra $800.00 , not to mention the stress of traveling from 8:00 AM , and getting home at 9:30PM . Why didn’t Ruth ask, how are you getting home from Quebec City when we booked the trip? You use a travel agency to avoid these kind of problems. We’ll never use them again.
