These people are the best!! My husband and I just spent 3 wks. in Scandinavia, arranging the trip on fairly short notice, and it was fabulous. Mikael worked like crazy to make sure we saw everything we wanted to, and all we had to do was pull out the appropriate ticket or voucher. I would work with these people again in a heartbeat.

Mikael at ScanAm created a wonderful 16 day vacation for the 4 of us in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. We had a lot of complexity in the trip (including elderly with disabilities; and wanting to see many locations using different methods of travel: car, ferry, plane, train, bus; we needed some but not all hotels booked). He chose good hotels which were near main attractions. We were even able to walk from our hotel to pick up our rental car. Mikael gave us lots of advice and answered all of our many questions. We were sent a clear itinerary which worked without a hitch, and he included maps as well. He was very tolerant when we had him make some major changes to our trip at the last minute. We had looked at many different tour companies, and are glad we chose ScanAm.
