They messed up my booking and showed no accountability. Steer clear of this travel agency.

The staff have always been really great. They go above and beyond to get the best prices for you - they don't look to charge you the most they can. Reliable company, will always book with STA.

You'd be better off doing it yourself. We booked flights through STA to New York, via Norwegian Air. We were spending 90 days (as of the Visa allowance) in the states, and a further month in Canada, before fkying back the uk. Upon arrival to Gatwick airport we were told we were not getting on the flight, and were subsequently told that if we wanted to get on the flight we had to have proof of a flight back to the UK within the 90 days. This apparently was Norwegian airs policy. We argued with the person at check in and got STA on the phone to speak with him, but he was very adamant that unless we had proof we were leaving the states via aircraft, we weren't boarding. Eventually we had to buy a flight ticket, within the 90 days back to the UK, for us to get on the plane. STA were very adamant that this was our fault and that we should have read the small print (even though it was their suggestion to go to Canada to extend our stay)! They denied all blame, and even tried to say we hadn't booked it through them. We cant have been the only people to do it this way, and norweigan air said they hadnt changed their policy in a long time, so it was common knowledge to STA. You book through a travel agent to avoid stress and worry, and that's all we got through booking with STA. Almost ruined our trip. Won't be booking through them ever again.
