They found us a good ticket price for our big vacation but..... We were stuck overseas and there was a general strike--airport was shut down & our first flight was cancelled. We contacted BTI to help us with rebooking both legs of our return trip. We emailed & called but never heard peep back from them. We were "on our own" and our return trip was kind of a nightmare. I thought that's what travel agents were for--to help in case something like that happens!
