Worked with Chris Rizzo, who helped set up our cruise on Holland America Zuiderdam ship. Since I'm a below knee amputee, we obtained a,wheelchair accessible stateroom with a balcony and found that the whole ship is accessible to me with help from my wife pushing me where need be. Also found that I'd be able to work out some shore excursions that are practical and possible. She was amazing and extremely helpful getting the flight down and back to Fort Lauderdale for the March 8-18th vacation. Kudos to Jeff's travel port and especially Chris Rizzo. Alan Mandel and Joan Fifield Taking Joan and my second cruise on the ms Rotterdam ship again setup by Chris Rizzo who was absolutely amazing to organize our cruise in March from 16th-31st 2017. Just was curious when we'll receive our cruise documents and luggage tags. We also booked the flight the night before and an accessible motel so we can be prepared the next morning to get down to the dock and the ship to make sure we don't miss the ship and get through embarkation for the 14 day cruise through the Caribbean and the two perks because of the sailing and the wheelchair accessible room. We are so pleased with the work that Chris has done for Joan and me. We are currently waiting on the cruise/airplane papers being about 50 days before our March vacation. Still need to finish packing and labeling the luggage for the trip and confirming the trip to the airport for our precruise flight to Florida. Blessings to Jeff's Travel port in Geneva NY, both to Jeff and Chris Rizzo as well as our undying thanks. More next year when we setup our next vacation. Alan and Joan
