Went to this triple A for an oil change which ended up taking two hours. Once my car was off the lift, a man at the front desk told me my tires were in terrible shape and that I was in "immediate danger" and that they needed to be replaced this week. I went to another triple A for a second opinion. Turns out my tires are perfectly fine.

The best AAA Service Center in town. Paul is very personable, upbeat and helpful. He really enjoys his job, and makes you feel like you are the most important customer to walk through the doors. He has fantastic customer service skills. Shane is the most patient mechanic I know. He took his time to explain what was wrong with my car in terms I could understand. He even took his time to show, describe and explain how the parts should function in comparison to what was wrong. It doesn't get any better than that. Gold star service! Veronica in the travel department turned my frown upside down. She turned what began as a disasterous trip at another office into a more pleasant planning affair. Veronica totally made us feel like we were in good hands and could trust her with our endeavors. On top having to fix the mess she was given she made us feel welcomed. Overall Great group of people and Great customer service. Their efforts make me proud to be a member!

So I dropped my truck off this morning to have it worked on because the water pump was going out. They filled everything out then ushered me over to a lady to get a rental car and after speaking to her she said she could get me a rental car for $112 a day! Seriously I could get a uhaul truck for a week cheaper, but I said screw it I need something to get to work. They take me over to a rental place in knightdale and leave me there without insuring that the customer had a ride. Not to mention that the rental car agent told me that I would be fine to rent a car with my debt card only to find out I had to have a credit card! I had to call a uber from knightdale to morrisville which was $31. So to make matters worse they called me back and said that I needed a new gasket, a water pump, all new belts because my were frayed, more raditor fluid, and all new tension pulleys which was going to be $1700! He told me that my gasket was spraying oil everywhere when in fact I can tell you I had been under the hood that morning and under the truck and didn't see a drop of oil! Not to mention that I had the belts replaced before I moved up here 2 months ago so they were all brand new. I told the guy I was going to call around, well I got capital auto repair and service to qoute me for $500 for the water pump. I called back to AAA and asked them if they could match that and the manager said he would cut me a deal for $979 for the water pump and belt and wouldn't charge me for the pressure test. I had my truck towed from AAA by AAA to capital auto and service but before that was done they told me they wouldn't release my truck until I paid for the pressure test. Then AAA told me that I had to be there for my truck to be towed and personally pay the tow truck driver! Mind you I work in Morrisville and I don't have a way to get over there. So I called the tow company and spoke with the owner who waived that fee for me. By far this had been a eye opener for me. They tried to flat out rob me! Seriously I could have had Morgan Freeman narrate my entire day, Scarlett Johansson jump on a trampoline in a bikini, and paid Justin Bieber to box Mike Tyson for a cheaper price than they qouted me. Let's be honest if you look at their reviews they do what everyone else does and have their friends, family, and coworkers rate it. By all means avoid this place!

My wife purchased fresh fish from a local market. She stopped for gas before heading back home. The car failed to start after refueling. AAA sent Mike from East Coast Towing. Mike towed the vehicle to Evan and Shane at 1480 N. New Hope Rd. Mike suggested to Evan that the starter was likely malfunctioning. Evan jumped into action and with diagnostic info from Shane confirmed a new starter was needed. The starter was ordered, replaced, and my wife was back home before the fish got cold! I just found my new auto repair shop. Kudos to Mike, Evan, and Shane. P.S. My wife told Evan she could not be late picking up the kids from school. Great service and kid-friendly too :) P.P.S. Actually, they offered to stick the fish in the fridge, but the service was really fast. ;)

very friendly and courteous. did not get the 5 stars is that they did not have any oil for my car (uses full synthetic) and took about 30 minutes to get it from the warehouse. (but as a bonus they did give me a $20 discount). I will return to this facility.
