I was so excited to try out park savers for our disneyland package. I entered everything to get an estimate on a package and got one the very next day and i was really impressed with the price but.....i later needed to change some dates. I emailed them for a new estimate, i submitted a new form, i called them saying i hadnt heard back. The guy was really nice on the phone and said they would send me a new one. Yeah I still havent heard anything so i booked theough someone else.

I bought many e-tickets before and this is the worst experience I ever had. I can not print the e-tickets like I usually did but have to redeem it at the ticket windows at Disneyland, thus I have to wait in the line and defeat the whole purpose of buying online. In addition when I called the customer service the woman who helped was very rude and not professional at all. I will never use this company for any reason. There is other companies out there who will treat their customer politely.

Be aware that whoever's name is on purchasing CCard must be onsite at Disney to use tickets. Purchased for my 20 yr old son and was not allowed to pick them up

We are so glad we used Park Savers for our trip to Disneyland! Their prices were so much better than any of the alternatives. And their knowledge of the park is top notch. We will be using them again without a doubt!

Great company. Saved us quite a bit on Disneyland tickets! We will be using them again for two different Disneyland trips we're going on in 2015! Thanks!
