Just started taking classes here, but master Steve, staff, and all kick boxing classmates are wonderful! So welcoming! Master Steve is clear and moves quickly so you're not bogged down with instruction (but covers a lot of ground!) and you still have tons of opportunity to punch and kick to your hearts content. Master Steve even remembered my name when I dropped in for the second class I took- which for the amount of new people every class is very impressive. He's a very cool guy and great to chat with. I'm so happy to join HRK and learn all I can!

Great school to learn TKD and Kickboxing. Martial art schools can be intimidating but all the Instructor and students here are very friendly and help you blend in right away irrespective of your skill level.

I've been going here for almost 5 years and love it. You have the choice of either kick boxing or tae kwon do, and doing both is even better because they compliment each other very well. Master Steve and the other instructors are awesome and they are very committed to helping people develop their skills and technique.Class is never boring and you feel that you are making massive progress each month. The brand new facilities are also worth mentioning. The quality of the mats and the equipment is fantastic which is not always true at many places. This place is perfect for the beginner who is curious about trying out a martial art all the way through to intermediate and advanced who wants to improve their techniques. Highly recommended.

HRK is great. All the instructors are supportive yet also expect you to put in your best effort. The workout is tough, but no one will yell at you if you're a newbie and are struggling to keep up. It's a hell of a lot more interesting way to get your workout on then running in place at a gym.

I have been coming to classes for over 4 years and it has been a great experience. It is really the only workout that helps me keep weight off and relieve stress. Master Steve and all of the stafff do a great job, and you can join in at any level and be made to feel welcome. It is a tough, rewarding workout and there is something for everyone. The facilites are top notch and I would recommend to anyone trying to stay fit, or learn a new skill.
