The place is very clean and the receptionist is very nice. Unfortunately, the monthly rate is a bit over priced and the instruction for children is lacking.

To assume a instructor is High is very very.... stupid plain and simple. Not enough stretching? I have no idea how much that individual needs to stretch but you get PLENTY of stretching AND you get meditation + stretching at the END of the class also. Too hard? that just means you are too out of shape to even hang with the elders. Most of the class are older people so for people to say it's hard just means you are totally out of shape and need to come here MORE often. They have a small fight team here and they do an awesome job representing the gym. Muay Thai program is great , kickboxing is great. It gets stuffy and hot? How is that a bad thing, ITS A GYM! People clean after themselves , they sanitize it every day so don't need to worry about germs. Great great place.

I've been here for 4 years now! Prices are good for the amount of classes.... NHC your own personal trainer!!! Instructors are professional and come to class with a clear conscience.... Assuming that they are high is inappropriate and a false accusation. I've had nothing but good experiences here. If the teacher is late, he or she extends the class for miss time. late he expa M

This place is a good spot to train. Derrick is a very well rounded instructor and pays attention to detail when teaching. Tried their muay thai class with Chris which was also really fun. Equal parts pad work and technique as there was sparring which is a must for kickboxing. Definitely plan on returning asap.

I still go there but its very cramped and hot. There are different prices even though it suppose to be $150 which is fine but i over heard the owner give a guy $40 dollars a month and my brother wants to do kickboxing but $300 is way too much so i asked about that $40 thing and he denied me very unfair picking sides or something not cool. Ive been looking at other place but there too far... I saw ppl who were on drugs outside... Instructor is very rough but onows what hes doing... Kinda over priced and isnt too fun some times
