STC is a great place to begin your fitness journey if you are the type of person that needs to mix up your routine. I can't stand going to a "normal" gym where I am limited to weights and treadmills. The classes here are awesome and there is a great variety. The instructors are extremely knowledgable and want to help you get into great shape. The best part is knowing this gym was started by a great fighter, Marcus Kowal! Check it out and you will realize it is by far a great membership for the price and the variety of workouts are the key to your fitness journey snd success. There truly is something for everyone!

Warning!!! Very very but very addictive. They warned me when I joined back in 2010 and I'm super glad that I did. Started when I was 44 and now over 46 years old feeling great. Professor Juan Pablo and other instructors make you feel at home. If your goal is to learn self defense or have a healthier life style ,this is the place for you. Learning respect , discipline and more importantly self confidence. Also kids classes are awesome, teaching them how to deal with strangers and bullies, preparing them mentally as well as psychically. Remember the first class is always free and you need nothing except coming in whether you have martial arts back ground or not you'll enjoy the class.

I've only been here a few times, I train at the sister gym in Hawthorne, but this place is great. The instructors are amazing, classes are fun, and most importantly, the gym has such an awesome vibe. Everyone is welcoming and you can really tell they're one big happy family. I highly recommend checking out a class.
