Shaolin Kung Fu builds ability to peacefully react in dangerous situations to minimize violence. Doing a whole practice is really crucial to having well rounded reactions. Shifu Shi Yan Ming's 'The Shaolin Workout: 28 Days to Transforming Your Body and Soul the Warrior's Way' is really good for being able to react peacefully to danger every day. I like to do every move by the pictures instead of the directions. That means doing all 4 parts of the book with just 1 rep of each move. That means I have to do 3 repetitions of parts 1-4 in a row to really stretch out, but, the earlier moves get done with the later ones warmed up. Doing so requires a minimum of 8x750mg of vegetarian glucosamine for my joints to not wear out. If I'm running 2 hours a day, I need to take 16x750mg, and when I add 2000 crunches as a warmup, I need a few more. But, 3 reps of his workout is a great warmup for running on rough terrain safely.

There are A LOT of fake schools out there. I can honestly say, this is the real deal. If you really want to learn martial arts, this is the place to do it. There 's an old saying that roughly translates into "all martial arts originates from Shaolin." So there's no better way to learn real martial arts then from Shoalin monks. There's free lessons so give it a try.

Masters are great! Patient and try their best to cater to the need of students of all levels and ages. My kids and I all go there. Plus, it's real Kung fu directly from china.

This is the real Shaolin Kung Fu taught by Shaolin Monks. No other schools compare. It's a real honor to learn from these guys. If you ever wanted to learn Kung Fu, this is the place to do it. You should be dedicated and make a real effort if you want to learn here. I won't give this up for anything.
