I hit up a day pass on a Saturday. The place was packed. Gil was even there. I had so much fun training!!! You should go there!

I came here as a total beginner and was immediately hooked by the top notch instruction and easy going vibe. It's the best workout I've ever had and I learn new things every class. If you want to challenge yourself, get in shape, and learn how to fight all at the same time, I highly recommend trying it out! Don't be afraid of the intro classes... That is the gym's way to make sure you get off to a good start.

This gym seemed very interesting and alot of fun. Would have been very excited to check it out and heard great things about it as well. I came in pretty much ready to join but they would not even let me try it out beforehand. They told me I had to pay 175 for an intro class even if i just wanted to try the jiu jitsu class. Its not that i didnt have the money...just more of the principal. I would have even paid for a drop in fee but they still said the intro was the only way.. AND THEN you sign up. Doesnt seem good for business. Although it still looks really cool inside.

Best MMA gym in the bay area, I'm a UFC fighter that goes there to train with other top level fighters currently competing in the UFC, WSOF, WCF, and Bellator. There are beginner's classes and women's classes and competition trainings and yoga classes and more. It's a great facility and all the instructors are genuinely involved in helping everyone reach their goals.
