Hybrid Training SF is one of the rarest real paces in this corrupt world of corporate money . This is a real gem where beautiful people come together to celebrate and to enhance the spirit of art , which is expression of pure Love. In this case it is a martial art , where human power is directed towards self defense. Joey is a real master of the martial art, and the way how he treats everybody with a respect and love is the recognition of it . I have my son Venice being a part of that school , and I feel so happy that he is a part of something so beautiful and great for his future. He is only 7 , and he rolls with other kids around and learns how to be gentle and respect other humans . Well ,a beautiful almost unreal environment that resonates real San Francisco martial art traditions . Joey you are the best , and I wish you great life , since you have a special magic , and thank you for spreading it , and helping my son , and many others to become more peaceful and respectful humans . Cheers.

I found a groupon for Hybrid and, feeling inspired by Creed, I decided to give boxing a try. I really enjoyed my classes at Hybrid and although it was only a month, I feel like I know how to properly jab, cross, and throw a hook. I decided at the end that boxing wasn't really my thing (i'm just not a fighter!), but the classes were always a great work out and the coaches/other members were very friendly!

Great training in a great community with down-to-Earth instructors and management. Highly recommended.

Gross!!! Unmaintained. Total lack of hygiene. I came home with a rash and flea bites or something. It smells like cigarette smoke. The bathrooms have no paper towels or soap. The ring is dirty and spattered with blood stains. The instruction was barely passable. I'll never go back. Awful experience.

I'm on my second month at this place and I love it. I did the one month trial and was immediately hooked. I do a few of the 1 hour boxing classes every week and I'm fired up every time. I always walk out of there physically spent but it's almost easy because they keep you so engaged. The instructor (Joey) has been fantastic. He's great at imparting his knowledge and he'll push you at your own pace. Today, he put me in the ring with him for a few 2-minute rounds. It's pretty awesome to have a guy showing you your weaknesses without the full consequence even though I'm swinging as hard as I can. I can't sing high enough praises. Love it.
