Dan Smith is an excellent teacher. He focuses on fitness and form. He's a true steward of the art. He's very patient and is not creating a "puppy mill" of MMA fighters. The program is a great cardiovascular workout and teaches practical self-defense skills. You will not find a better instructor and friend.

I love this place been training for a few months, and I love it. Instructors are very knowledgeable and make the training worth it. It's on of them places when you get hit by your team mate practicing he makes sure your okay, you laugh about it and keep sparring

Great place to train! Very knowledgeable and friendly instructors. My 6 year old daughter has been going here for a year now. She loves it and has even taken her training and started to compete!

AMAFA covers all of my son's as well as my martial arts needs and more. We both take the Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai programs and i couldn't be happier. The atmosphere is ego free and the facility is very clean and nicely equiped. They have very knowledgible and experienced instructors that are not just great teachers of adults but the kids especially. I'm thoroughly pleased with my own progress and even more so with that of my son. Many classes in different styles and a schedule that fits my often changing work schedule. I also very much like the fact they have open gym time for students aside from scheduled classes. Bottom line, if you are an experienced martial artist or brand new beginner, give AMAFA a try. It's a great place for quality training with a flexible schedule and phenominal instructors.
