I took many years of karate from Mr. Dozier. I found them him to be a very competent instructor with many years of experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with him and the knowledge he passed down to me. I would highly recommend the school.

This is not what is seems, when you start out you ( or your child ) Is kindly treated but as you go along he gets stricter and meaner, this place makes you feel like your doing good just so you will pay him but then he just makes you feel like your the worst. This place makes you so stressed you want to just kick a wall, I would not suggest this place to anyone unless they wanted to be more stressed than they ever have been before. He also brags a whole lot. He will also teach you something you already knew and say your doing it the wrong way, this place is full of lies, I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Dr. James Dozia is a Karate Expert who has been teaching karate to kids, women and men in Rocky Mount, Wilson, Nashville, Spring Hope, Tarboro and Raleigh North Carolina for over 3 decades. He is a devout man of God and the Karate he teaches helps build confidence, control and discipline in all of his students!

Even though he is good at Karate, he talks too much and talks about things that have no relationship with Karate. I give him 2 stars for being a black belt, but thats all he will get from me. Do not go to this place if you just wanna know Karate.
