Lashley Training Center is the only place I feel comfortable going. I struggle with getting in there on a regular basis but no matter when I do, Troy Butts is always there for me! He understands my needs and helps me every step of the way. He hasn't given up on me yet! I have not trained with Ian but he's always great when he's there. People seem to love him too. I like that the gym is a "gym" for working out, not just a bunch of fancy machines. I would recommend Lashley Training Center to anyone.

The best gym experience I have ever had. I started at this gym doing jujitsu and boxing and now I do personal training and boxing with my awesome personal trainer Troy Butts. Everyone is here to help without the big gym ego. Everyone supports each other. The Lashley's and Mr. Butts make an incredible team.

You'll get your money's worth and then some. This place is run by people who A. Know what they're doing and B. Do it well. Come, weather you want to be fit, learn to protect yourself or just bc you like fighting in general. You'll be happy you did

I am learning so much since joining the Lashley Training Center. Every step of the way, they treat you with honor and respect, as well as encourage you to become stronger from the inside out. I feel so much more confident since training began and I have no doubt you will love this place. Flexible schedule is a bonus as well.

Ran by an enthusiastic trainer who isn't afraid to join in and be a student as well. Cares about the quality of the facility and the people of the gym. If you are looking for a great fitness option and a strong community of support and encouragement - look no further - They are literally the best in town!
