I came to Temple of the Dragon to learn tai chi for stress relief and to improve my balance. What I got is so much more. Three years later, I've embraced a new life filled with calm inner peace. Sifu Arden is patient in teaching the true ancient Chinese way of life. If I could rate this place out of 10 stars, I'd rate it 12!

This is a traditional martial arts school that I would recommend to anyone interested in the disciplines! I started in Kung Fu, yoga, and meditation and recently added in Tai Chi. I can't say enough about the knowledge and passion of Sifu Arden. For anyone looking for fitness, self-defense, and spiritual growth, this school offers it all! My life has literally changed since starting at Temple of the Dragon and I continue to look forward to learning and growing as I continue my practice. Thanks so much Sifu Arden :)

Sifu Aaron Arden is a fantastic teacher of a martial art that he truly loves. I have been a student at the school for the past 7 years. At the school, there are students of all levels and ages and the students are extermemly supportive of each other. There is a kids class and multiple adult classes. The main adult classes consist of internal martial arts (like Tai Chi, Pakua, Hsing-I and push hands) and external martial arts. The external martial arts mainly consists of Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Shuai Chiao. Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu consists of Iron Body Conditioning, Chinese Kenpo, Chi Na (joint locking), Animal forms, weapons and sparring as well as many other things. Shuai Chiao is the oldest known martial art in East Asia and is known as Chinese wrestling. The emphasis in Shuai Chiao is on evading an attack and then using grappling, throws and sweeps to blend with the opponent's energy and redirect the opponent into the ground. I personally do the external arts and I will tell you that the classes are fun and demanding. I really enjoy learning new forms (and relearning the old forms), drilling self defense techniques and practicing with the weapons. And, it is a fantastic work out. Regardless of if you decide to do Tai Chi or Kung Fu and regardless of your conditioning or prior martial arts experience, you will be pushed and challenged and you will grow as a person. How much you grow will depend on how much work that you put into your training. Sifu will give you the tools but it will be up to you to make something of it.

The instruction is superb! Tai Chi and Yoga have helped with my MS symptoms. I'm stronger, my balance is better and I'm breathing better. I enjoy everyone and classes are fun!
