I took advantage of a trial promotion they ran last year and loved every second of it! All of The instructors were very knowledgeable in the arts, patient, and hard working. This is a great place to go to learn many different styles in martial arts and I observed the kids thoroughly enjoying themselves in their class. Thank you!

All 3 of my kids visited the Tai Kwon Do class, and after only 1 class, they fell in love with it!!! Now they go 3 times a week and are learning so much. The instructors are fantastic and great with my kids! I do the jujitsu class, and love it! I have learned more than I ever thought I would be able to do at 33 and having never worked out in my life. I am now in the best shape of my life!!!

Great place to learn - and you actually do learn, and don't just buy a black belt.

Without a doubt the best dojo! I have been learning Aikido there for years, sadly I had to stop due to money because I'm only a senior in high school. The teachers are the most patient and the best people you'll ever meet and work with! They make sure you get it done right. I've learned so much and used it a lot in the real world and the skills have never let me down! Best place to go if you want to learn martial arts!

2 stars for the great many Thai coach, though mauy Thai is only a once a week class. Other than that this school is a rather sub-par MMA gym. No wrestling.Worst of all I consistently submitted a brown belt and I'm only 8 weeks into my studies of grappling. Hygiene is decent. Cage is really dirty though. Not worth the price. If you want jui jitsu go to Ribero. If want MMA go to Pro Am Fitness. This school really needs some working. Has potential just not the way it is currently
