I am a 33 year old man at 215 pounds my first class i went to i was wrestling and sparring with 6 yr kids. Idk but i dont want to hurt or fall on a 6 yr old and hurt them. I tried to explain this to the owner he didn't care so i wanted out. So i cancelled. So today i got a bill in the mail for 1250 for 1 class. DON'T sign anything from this guy

The MMA Academy is a great place to go to for all ages. With the rich history of the team's outstanding success, as well as the many students that show up day in and day out... It really makes this training program the one to join! From awesome training/practices that are always changing and focused on development, to tournaments and bouts, this place is the real deal. I would suggest anyone that would like to learn or continue to develop their skills to come join Team Pereira and the rest of the MMA Academy. It is truly the BEST place and thee "Go-to" training facility.

I was looking to get back into martial arts after being out of it for over 8 years. I've been training here for almost a month. But first I had some criteria that I was looking for. 1st thing is the culture of the school, Professor Pereria and the MMA academy team are amazing and always willing to help me when I have questions or offer that extra push when needed. 2 - The knowledge of the instructor - Professor Pereira has a ton of knowledge that he's able to explain to all levels of students. 3 - The workouts, they're awesome, I haven't had the same one since I started, little variations that keep things fresh and interesting. I'm seriously addicted to this place I can't say enough great things. Thanks Team Pereira!

Ask yourself what you want. If you want professional, personal, affordable. I found professional in Professor Pereira. I came in, asked questions, felt comfortable. In classes, from small children to myself in my 40's, EVERYONE has an option to learn. The speed you learn though, is up to you. The training, the workouts, are all there IF you are WILLING to commit and put the time in. Team Pereira MAKES it personal. Affordable yes. This is not Planet Fitness or Gold's people. There are no mirrors. You may get hurt. It's called the MMA Acadamy for good reason. To get ALL of the disciplines under ONE roof, there is no comparison for the dollar. Here, there are NO individuals. You put in the effort, but EVERYONE learns, is rewarded, and whether you just want to learn and get fit, or train and compete, there is UNLIMITED potential in my eyes. In the short time I have been here and part of the team, I have no regrets. I will only get out what I put in. The rest is up to you.
