An excellent place to calm your thoughts after a stressful day! The instructor is one of the most effective teachers I've encountered, and so I highly recommend this center to any adult who has no history with martial arts.

I can't say enough good things about mechanicaburg Kung fu center. Especially Shen shung Brian Lehr. I couldn't imagine learning form anyone else. His instruction is based on real world applications not competition. Also Kung fu is an excellent stress reliever.

I highly recommend the center for learning marshal arts. I just got started a month ago and I am happy with the progress I have made so far. The training is easy to understand and implement. It is easier to remember the training. Very nice place to learn the body discipline and breathing exercises.

As a female, I absolutely love the comfort of the classroom environment, learning self defense, the much needed meditation and the additional health benefits that I was not expecting. I cannot express enough how great this school is. Thank you Brian!!!!
