I have definitely appreciated my time as a student at the Palmyra Kung Fu Center thus far. Sifu Pollock is not only knowledgeable, but approachable and sensitive to all skill levels, ages, and body types. I'm thrilled that such a quality resource for Chinese martial arts is located in Palmyra.

I was looking for a martial arts school for my daughter and me to go to. We went to one school where they were sparring with full pads and they weren't hitting hard at all. My thought was that my grandkids wrestle and play harder than this. I realized I wouldn't learn anything at this school. Then I found the Palmyra Kung Fu Center. I talked with Sifu Pollock. His years of experience and teaching methods are just what I was looking for. The very first class included a very practical self defense technic that my daughter could use even as a beginner. I would recommend this school for anyone who is serious about learning the martial arts.

I was looking for a good martial arts school to start training with my daughter and couldn't be happier that we chose Palmyra Kung Fu Center. Sifu Pollock does a fantastic job of explaining even complex moves in a very easy to understand fashion. Even at this early stage, he makes sure to explain how each movement will tie in to more advanced techniques, as well as how they can be applied for self-defense in real world situations. Well worth the 40 minute drive. Looking forward to training here for years to come.
