I went for cleaning and my hygienist was very gentle and good at her job. My teeth felt really fresh and clean after. I had a consultation with a dentist about my jaw pain as well, she examined my jaw and teeth and explained why my jaw is in pain and what could be done for my pain. She was very knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed :) Will definitely come back for another treatment.

Not a good experience here. The dentist here (who I never actually even met) had 3 or 4 people call me at my office in advance of my appointment to tell me that my filling might require a root canal, his assessment was based solely on an x-ray I sent to his office. This dentist has never actually looked at my tooth himself. When I went in to get the filing instead of seeing me he had me wait 45 minutes and then sent me in to meet with yet another non-dentist who proceeded to tell me over and over again my tooth might require a root canal. After 10 minutes of speculation, and reprimand from the patient coordinator I left. I left because the patient coordinator was awful, but also because the dentist should've taken a moment to express his concern personally, I can understand a bit of procedure but this was excessive. Also I got to wonder is this guy even qualified, we are talking about a routine filling.

Very friendly and profession staff. The office is very clean and welcoming. The MD was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Would definately recommend this dentist office

Dentist and hygienists were pleasant. Had to request additional instructions and tips about teeth brushing for children but they were provided upon request. Front desk staff seemed inexperienced but may have been training. More toys for young children in the waiting area would be a plus (although we didnt wait for long). Overhead TVs. Sugar free lolly and little toy were hits.

Great staff. Dr. Kim and Pam her assistant catered to my needs, as I am a very anxious patient. Very empathetic, and understanding. They were able to finally calm me down. Thank you so much!
