I’ve been coming here for a few years. I really like the dentist and the prices are relatively fair. I had been to other dentists in the North York area and found Spring Gardens dentistry prices and techniques are better. Also I think the receptionist is misunderstood. She’s kind of dry but I think that’s just how she is. She’s never intentionally rude with me. And she does her job well in my opinion.

My parent got several implants from Dr. Kim. Very satisfying and way cheaper than Canadian dentists. He is the best for implants.

I always marvel at the dentist's skills when I am there. Got three of my wisdom teeth taken out by him and had would strongly recommend the place! He is soft spoken, swift, and comforting. I never felt any pain because of his anaesthesia skills(?); ie) he never has to poke me several times throughout the procedure like I've experienced from other dentists.

receptionist has 0 interest in her job

I have been using this dentist for several years but will no longer do so. They used to have a very friendly receptionist but the new female receptionist is HORRIBLE (don't get confused with the owner's wife; there is a separate receptionist) She's horrible for many reasons: she does not have a friendly attitude at all and when you ask her questions, she answers in a rude manner and stares at you as if you are pathetic (even to elders!) Many people who walk into the dental clinic are anxious so receptionists should aim to provide more comfort to the patients. This place also seem to charge more if you say that you have insurance. Will definitely not be returning and do NOT recommend unless you want extremely poor service for a costly price (as if dentists are not expensive already)
