So I had super long hair and wanted a shorter style. Kerry is the one that did my hair and she did an absolute amazing job. I've never had anyone fix and cut my hair the way I wanted it except for her. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Nice atmosphere, with a very cute dog on staff. I'm here to actually say that I didn't like the service I was provided which was not hair. I had my eye brows done and was disappointed with the reaction of the service provider when I told her that she had took too much hair of one side. I really didn't want to make her angry but she was not nice in the way she responded to my criticism. It's my damn brows why can't you just be nice and understand I was not happy with the look but before I even go on to say that it was fine her horrible attitude made me really upset. In the end, she just asked me to leave. I'm sorry that I was unhappy and even said you were actually horrible but, I worked with costumer service my entire life and I never had someone react so quickly to a unsatisfied client. I didn't want a free service and I just think that sometimes it's ok to just accept that not everyone will be happy with the way you do brows! I would not go back because of the lack of patience she had, and the way she handled the whole situation. Too bad because it's a cute place. I'm sure this was just a little stupid mishandle of a client. I really would like to take the whole thing back. ☹️
