I went in for my first major haircut, cutting it SHORT. Megan was so sweet and great to talk to, she was engaged and attentive, over all a very enjoyable experience. She did a fantastic job with my hair, I couldn't have been more pleased I don't think. AND! it hardly cost me a thing! I ended up giving her a 100% tip, that's how inexpensive it was. I will definitely be returning when I'm in town.

I requested a student and she did amazing. I got a caramel brown highlight and a clean up wax on my eyebrows. She took her time but it came out amazing!

99% of the time I love this place. Yesterday wasn't one of those times. I showed a picture and described what I wanted. I walked out with something totally different plus i.asked for a specific person but must of had the wrong name because it wasn't the person I expected. Thank goodness hair grows back the person who cut my hair was nice but didn't listen to what I specifically said .

I really like this place and I will continue to go, but if you have a question about getting something done, ask if there is a second part to it. One of my teenagers wanted a procedure done... I went in and asked for the price and when I went to pick up this teenager, I was told that there is a second part to getting this done. I should have been told-- I know that there are students here, but I should still be told things because I can't be expected to do my homework on every single thing and this is why I was paying to get it done as opposed to buying products myself.
