This is my go to place to whenever I need to get braided. The service is always promt. Most importantly the quality is superb! Good service starts at the top, Sophia, the owner, is excellent! Her work is top notch and she has staffed at team of talented ladies with hands of surgical precision. You won't be disappointed.

Considering no one actually did my hair. Please listen to this. I called the 510 number listed on thursday 3/8 to make an appointment for Friday 3/9 at 615. The lady on the other end asked that I texted her a picture of the hair style I wanted and my appointment time which I did l. A few hours later I got a confirmation text back on Thursday for my Friday appointment from the number so I thought i was all set. I get there Friday around 555 almost 6. I'm not complaining I know I'm a bit early. So 615 comes and all these other lady's keep walking in but no one has asked me to sit in a chair. 620.... my braider asks me what I want and I show her the picture and the braider gets mad. 625, 630... nothing. So the owner tells the braider that I am waiting for her and she says yeah her phone not connecting and she trying to get it to work. 645 rolls around and the owner asks me to step outside and she explains to me that because I only want two long french braids its not enough money for the briaders time. Even though I sent her a picture of what I wanted a day before and she confirmed with me. Please don't waste your money dealing with these unprofessional people.

Great Location and size, its never too crowded. Sophia made sure i was in and out in a very reasonable time and my twisties lasted with neatess. Very satisfied with every experience.

I love the way they do my daughter's hair, it's not to tight or pulling. Sophia the owner wants to accommodate everyone to the point sometimes their appointments are over lapping and you have to wait. But overall I found a place I will always bring my girls.

Excellent service ALWAYS. Shop is clean very professional. Here from ATL, I go home once a month and this is the only place ai would come to get my hair braided. ATL African shops cant touch the work here. Cora normally does my hair, Sofia has done it as well. I haven't been here one time and NOT been satisfied.
