The onwner of the Ashburn and Leesburg keeps asking for more money and is so rude. She is so unprofessional. I am given one price, then she decides to hike it by raising it over and over. Awful service and getting duped by Seven a hairdresser and Diane the owner. Only the head of this Franchise can stop her.

Great stylists! Be sure to make an appointment. These stylists have lots of repeat customers.

This review is not a reflection of the stylists but rather management of the salon. Hours posted online and on the door indicated the salon opened at 10am. I arrived at 10:30am and the salon was still closed. This is not good customer service especially when you focus on walk in clientele

First time going here, I was seen by Corissa, she did and amazing job!! My hair is very straight and kind of thin... I told and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she knew exactly how to cut and style it to make it work with my kind of hair. She was so good to my hair and respected that I didn't wanted to trim my bangs (so many had done it after I said not to!!!) Im always so nervous for hair cuts because never get it right but this time I'm very very happy with the results and I will be coming back to see Corissa!! Thank you Corissa!

Served by: Kathee. She was friendly, conversational without overdoing it, and gave me a great haircut in under 30 minutes. I didn't have much time, going in over my lunch hour, and I still had time to grab a bite to eat before heading back to work. If you want a great haircut in a short amount time, with friendly service, head here!
