Hub langie doesn't do any work they sub it out. I spent $5400 to dig out and pave my drive. It turned out TERRIBLE. When the town inspector came by he said it was the worst job he's seen. The driveway has a big seam down the middle and several huge sink spots..Even though I complained immediately they said it was fine. the SUB Contractor did admit he thought the mix was too cold. the owner said he would seal it and it would be fine. well they sealed it and it just got worse. Plus they dumped their stone on my lawn, it ruined a huge spot and I had to dig and reseed it my self. anyone in the Penfield area is welcome to come see it for themselves.or I will email you pics to prove this. All my neighbors can't believe the job they did. STAY AWAY nothing but headaches and a terrible job . I would have been better with a fly by night company.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. They installed a brand new driveway for us last September, we still have drainage issues with water pooling at the bottom of the driveway, and the top right corner of the driveway is actually peeling up from the ground on its own. The edging of the driveway as well is poor, it is not straight, they got stray asphalt on my sidewalk and did not clean it up. I have been battling this company for MONTHS to try and get some resolve, they did not return any of my phone calls, I had other friends/family members call, and they would get phone calls back, but I would not. They are a very tricky, sneaky company. I have gotten the better business bureau as well as a laywer involved. Finally a man came to "assess" the driveway, and all he did was write off my concerns as invalid, mock the owner for being a scammer, and came back weeks later to pound down the one part of the driveway that was lifting up. The owner, Tom, is extremely condescending on the phone, does not know how to deal with customer dissatisfaction, interrupting me on the phone when I voiced my concerns. He told me in July he would re-do the driveway, then tells me in August that he never said that. Then he said they would seal the driveway free of cost by the end of August, and that still hasn't been done and my phone calls still go unanswered. The WORST workmanship and customer service I have ever dealt with, it is a homeowner's nightmare working with this company.
