business is falling apart has people post fake reviews their not E.O.E expects his workers to work 14 hours a day under the impression their only working 8 hours because he runs one truck takes jobs hours away then disrespects his paving crew because they didn't get enough driveways done when they have to wait a total of 3 hours to get another truck of mix. waiting until 2pm to get another truck that has to drive an hour and a half to get mix and another hour and a half to get back getting a 20 ton of blacktop at 5pm which takes at least 4 hours to dump because the pavor they have is no good it leaks asphalt all over the concrete aprons and roadways the sprayers dont work half of the time with only a crew of 4 sometimes if their lucky. their roller needs jumped to be started he doesn't want the crew sitting down and resting in between trucks but only pays 100 cash which if you so the math its 7.14 an hour. starts workers out at 12 an hour for a hard job environmentally as well as physically has a worker there that's been at his plant for 15 years that only makes 15 an hour. this employer is morally and politically incorrect. the work is bad few to lack of working equipment band kokle is a bad businessman and employer he doesn't pay overtime properly he pays cash after 40 hours or work and trys to cheat you on even the hard worked hours youve earned.
