Customer service was so poor, honestly made feel depressed. I had to play extra nice and just accept responsibility for mistakes which were not my own. They completely spelt my name wrong on my client card which had major consequences and then continued to bounce me around because no one new what they were doing!! TRUST ME JUST DONT DO IT

The representatives at this branch are m-rons who conduct illegal banking for customers and then refuse to take responsibility. I went in as a YOUNG MILLENNIAL, with very little savings, attempting to open a direct investing account. Vince Carbone was eager to assist me, telling me that millennials are opening accounts at younger and younger ages due to the saturation of information. I never got any email / notification that my account had been opened, so I went into the branch because the stock I was looking at had rapidly gone up in price, when Vince informed me that my account had been open for awhile, but not to worry, that we could buy the stock in his office right then and there. Perfect, I said, because I had never used "direct investing" and it would be great to have someone go through it with me. I logged onto Vince's office computer, he selected the stock, the amount, finalized the pricing, clicked OK, and then turned to me and said "you got it!" I looked at him and was like "that's it?" thinking I would get some paper work or something, and he said "yup" essentially telling me to leave his office. After some time watching the stocks performance online, I logged into my account, only to see that the stock had never been purchased at all. Vince had forgotten to click the final confirmation of purchase ( in the midst of telling me about how he himself had purchased this same exact stock after I had told him about it last time I was in to open a Direct Investing account, but that he was in a much more financially secure place, seeing as he had a mortgage, he forgot to actually make the transaction ). Bragging takes a lot of energy and focus, clearly. ANYWAY

Fast efficient staff. Stayed open past 5 to help everyone in line.

There is no counter for businesses. Seems very lay back. If you're in a hurry I would go to a bigger bank with more tellers.

A bit confusing, wasn't sure if I was to go directly to a teller or wait somewhere. There should be a clear sign either on the floor with arrows pointing or dividers of some sort.
