E-Transfer fees are outrageous compared to other banks, including two fees on transactions over $200. Lots of hidden fees and nickle and dime tactics. Terrible customer support and zero workarounds for common issies. Will be moving my accounts elsewhere after 8 years with RBC. Would not recommend a friend.

I’ve been banking with this branch since I was 12. I bought my first truck and house through them. I have had the best top notch service ever from this branch. RBC al the way!

Don, the new bank manager really takes an active role with his customers and staff. I appreciate good service when I go in for my business banking.

I have never seen two Business lanes open at the same time. Always one open while the other closed. Even if there are more than 3 people waiting. I don't understand why RBC Whitehorse under-appreciate business accounts... But it's hard to complane to anyone on site when I see even much much longer lines at regular booths.
