By far one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. Employees are good, but they have zero customer service support, online or phone. They are ALWAYS experiencing “higher than normal call volume” and you wait on hold for over 30 minutes until the call is dropped or you get frustrated and hang up. Hate this bank!

Had the best experience today!I'm not a member of this bank,I had to run an errand for my boyfriend but I was very impressed with the customer service is received! The teller was very nice and helpful and had a wonderful attitude!he seemed to really enjoy his job. Nice job!

They just have the worst phone service. Never get a human... just a voice recording about how great they are and what great employers they are. That's all great and thank you but PICK UP YOUR DAMNED PHONE--ANSWER--WE ARE CALLING FOR HELP!

So far my experience with Umpqua bank has not been the best.... first off It took over two weeks for me to get my Debit card in the mail because they can't even give you a temporary debit card in the store....it was really inconvenient. I had to go out of town with out a debit card and had to go to an umpqua bank there and they ended up rushing me a debit card from the bank from out of town when i mentioned i hadn't received my card yet......i finally got the card when i got back home when it got rushed from the out of twon store...which means they didn't even order my card in the first place when i made my account... 2nd, the ATM at the bank near my home is always down and out of service when ever i need to use it. 3rd, I just got locked out of my online account and i have no idea why.... and now i am on hold with them for over 10 min. now....this bank is really irritating.
