1 star only because a negative star wasn't an option. As I sit in a privately owned jewelry store waiting for my ring to be repaired... yet again... he asks me if the diamonds are real and actually had to test them to make sure because the quality is SO BELOW PAR. Learned my lesson!!! RUN! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Was surprised to find this was basically a bigger Zale's. Sometimes the advertising on NPR is good (the Walk Shop in Berkeley is excellent) but there was nothing to recommend this store. Conventional pieces, conventional pricing, definitely not worth a trip across the bay.

Be very careful I bought diamond earrings for my wife there. She passed away 8 years later, took them to a jeweler he said you bought these at the Jewelry Exchange huh. He said alot of flaws when I told him how much I paid he just shook his head. They may be pretty but quality is questionable.

I really enjoyed my visit as I had been looking to buy my ring from another company but wasn't 100% sold on them due to lack of customer service. But fear not at the Jewelry Exchange they took there time, explained everything in detail rings, diamonds, sizing, color and more. Louis was very helpful and kind we literally were in there an hour before closing on a Sunday and they didn't rush us out the door. Glad I made the drive up to see what all the hype may be about and glad I did!
