Jewelry is a mixed emotional bag no matter where you go. What I like about Steiner's is their service. Jewelry always "costs too much" and selling it is always a disappointment, reading the * ratings. The service really shines here. I used to live in this town and knew them, needed watch batteries, fine jewelers not being available where I live now. They did all my battery watches for a nominal cost and advised me about services needed (or not) on my watches. Very fair.

Incredible jewelry. I've been shopping with Mike @ Steiners for many years now. Honest and upfront. Not pushy. No salesman pitch. And such an upstanding guy to work with. He's absolutely interested in understanding what type of jewelry you would love or he will help you get there by asking the right questions. The jewelry is top notch as he has ties with various local and national designers. Tons of stuff to look at, lots of options and most importantly a very "family" style buying experience so you don't feel like they're just trying to make a sale. Definitely recommend visiting to become a lifetime customer!

I've been coming to Steiner's since I moved down here 11 years ago. Whether I needed a watch band resized or a ring setting fixed, these guys always take great care of me. I look forward to many future years of working with them.

I have been a Steiner's customer for 17 years and they always clean my jewelry the minute I walk in the door, have done repairs without being over-priced, and done custom work beautifully. Highly recommend.
