Very good customer service, even near the end of the day. Prices seemed a bit higher than other pandora stores, but probably due to the location. It's the only pandora close by for tourists, so it's the best place to go if you're from out of town.

Went in to look at a ring. One one the employees a white girl was there working with the manager (Kristen). The employee didn’t catch her name but was working there on 12/15/17 around 8:00 pm. We were treated like we were going to steal something. I am a regular pandora customer. It was my first and last time at this location. We asked that employee to see a ring we went with the intentions to purchase. She wasn’t in that moment assisting anyone and told us “I’m busy can you wait” not even a minute passed by when another customer asked her for help and she instantly help her. THAT WAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL RIDE UN PROFESSIONAL PANDORA EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!! Asked to speak to the manager and all I was told was I’m so sorry. I will be taking this up with corporate. I will not be treated this way after spending over $20,000 at this company.

I went in looking for a specific charm, which I knew there was a reasonable chance had sold out. Instead of asking if there might be anything else that interested me, the SA scoffed, informed me that nowhere would have it and to try eBay! She then walked away without asking if there was anything else she could do. I have literally been to Pandora stores all over the world and this is by far the most rude service I have ever received. Very disappointing.
