I told the young man who helped me this morning with my watch that I always love to go to Gold Rush (Novato store) because it was such a pleasure to be treated so well and the work was always done to perfection. He and the woman working there were pleased to hear me say so. It's true! Sarah

I have been a customer at Gold Rush for several years. I am always impressed with how great the service is! Friendly and efficient staff members and reasonable prices. Their selection is great too. Great for small things too like jewelry repair.

These guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect for everything from watch batteries or repair to engagement rings! Also a great go-to for Christmas or birthday presents or something for that’s special grad. A good example of how locally owned and operated gives you a much better experience.

Gold Rush is definitely a notch above all other jewelry stores I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is impressive as they always seems do whatever they can to make sure I was satisfied with my request. The last time I used them, the owner, Rick, helped me. My wife and I wanted some work done on her wedding ring for our 15th anniversary. Rick added a diamond band and lowered the setting at a very reasonable price and the work was done quickly. I strongly recommend Gold Rush for any of your needs.
