The guys who run Ritz Jewelers are the best. Highly personable and extremely kind. Not only did they quickly replace my watch battery, but they offered up some great cooking tips from their Armenian background. They take care of their customers very well--highly recommend Ritz. I won't go anywhere else for jewelry/watch repairs. While I don't have personal experience purchasing jewelry at Ritz (yet), they have a gorgeous selection.

Broke my favorite necklace and was in a scramble to find someone to fix it last minute before my flight. Took it to Ritz and they were so friendly and accommodating! Fixed it same day and even polished it for me. The staff is so friendly and not overbearing. They really care about a good customer experience and listen to your needs. Nice to have a friendly face in a very big city! I will definitely be back!

I am so impressed by my entire experience with Garen and Khoren at Ritz jewelers - we brought in a ring passed down four generations for resizing and restoration just yesterday. Not only were they able to resize and refinish it to perfection in about an hour, but they were incredibly knowledgeable (been in SF for 30 years if I remember correctly), genuinely exited for us, and took pride in the small task of helping us with our ring. They gave us the star treatment (although they are the real movie stars - ask Khoren) and we could not be happier!!

Beautiful jewelry, but when I walked in I talked to the two guys who worked there and neither were very friendly to me
