I purchased a ring for my wife for Christmas from this location. The price was reasonable. The ring is beautiful. Quality in craftsmanship is apparent as well. Customer service was second to none. I would highly recommend this Kay Jewelers for any of your future purchases.

My fiance bought me a black and white diamond skull ring , which he put insurance on, and later he bought me the matching skull necklace. I have to go in to see the lovely ladies at the Martinsburg location every 6 months to have my ring serviced (cleaned, repaired, ect.) One lady in particular with blonde hair and glasses is especially wonderful to deal with, but all of the employees are more than helpful. I'm going to pick up my ring today after dropping it to be cleaned and repaired as i had to have it cut off my finger after receiving 2nd degree burns. Once again, the blonde lady was sympathetic and understanding and theres never a problem fixing anything thats wrong with the ring. I enjoy going in every six months, and they make fast work of getting it fixed right and ready to be picked up quickly.
