They are very nice there. A while ago I broke part of the nose piece on glasses. They fixed them expertly when I didn't think they were fixable. Unfortunately, I accidentally damaged them in the same place again. Even though it was completely my fault, they fixed them at no charge under warranty. Very rare service in this day and age.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my jewelry fixed. This place is very professional and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. They replaced my watch battery on the spot that included a 3-year warranty on the battery for a very affordable price! I also had the post on one of my earings replaced/fixed and all was done in a timely manner.

Found my way in to get my glass repaired - so impressed! Quality, fast service, fantastic customer service, great prices. Plus they clean my ring for free. Definitely recommend!

Awsome staff... I am a jewelry collector. The staff here have gone out of there way for me many times..In a world where customer service is almost extinct....the staff here are shinning stars...Super great prices...Super honest people to do buisness with...LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

A wristlet bangle that was handed down to me broke on one of the sides. They said that it would cost $50 to repair the bracelet so I asked them not to do service on it because I cannot afford to pay $50 in my current financial situation. They repaired the bracelet anyways so I was stuck paying the $50. Over the phone they said the gem was damaged and that they would replace the turquoise piece. The replacement turquoise looked nothing like the original when I went to pick it up so I asked if they still had the "damaged" turquoise and the person working brought up the turquoise in perfect condition and said that it was actually lost.... I am very upset that a family heirloom has been severely mishandled and wish I would have never taken it in to get fixed in the first place. The repair looks fine but the hassle was in no way worth it. I would not recommend taking anything you value to this establishment.
