If I could give this no stars I would. Every time I go into this store the employees are rude. I get my ring inspected every six months and because I'm not buying anything they give me attitude. I will never shop here again.I also occasionally pay my sister in-laws payments for them and they have a different policy every time. I know the name of the person and they refuse to a make payment. Then I call for social security number and the guy is looking me in the face as I hang up the phone and he asks me where he lives.. Almost everyone who works here is rude. I will never shop here again.

Well this time around very unsatisfied, I've spent alot of money at Kays, this was a wrap I bought for my Diamond, and I went to pay my Bill, and I stood there waiting for a good 10 mins while 2 others were chit chatting away, about a diamond a guy had bought and on and on they are asking him where and how he's gonna propose and yata yata yata on and on still standing there waiting, very rude, but I guess cause they got money out of me buying the wrap a good 6,000 $ later I'm no good, after my wrap is paid off I won't ever do business with them again, they lost a good customer

Walked in to the store where there was only one other customer who was being waited on by a male salesperson. There were three female salespeople behind the counter where you pay who were so busy chit chatting with each other that they didn't acknowledge us. We walked around the store looking at different pieces of jewelry; stopping at least twice at certain displays to view certain pieces. Not once did the female salespeople come out from behind the counter to acknowledge us. If it was because we weren't dressed fancy or look like we were well off that they didn't want to acknowledge us, it's too bad because we have spent thousands in previous years on purchases at different Kays. Considering a previous negative situation, we thought we would give the company another chance. After this visit, I wouldn't recommend going to this store or patronizing Kay Jewelers again. If I could give a lower star rating, I would. Very disappointed!

All of the staff is so rude unless you're purchasing something that day, it doesn't matter if you just bought a 5,000 ring and pay monthly on it or not.. I don't recommend anyone going or shopping here! 😡😡
