The ring they made for me turned out beautiful but when I asked about a payment plan, which I was told I could do before I dropped my ring off I was talked to like I was a homeless person coming in off the streets asking for a handout. I was planning on making this my new go to jewelry store because I like doing business with privately owned stores but not now. After the way I was treated I will go to a chain jewelry store before I give these people any more business. I guess they don't realize they just threw a ton of jewelry business out the window!! Also, when I left my old ring to be remounted I was told they would polish my wedding ring for me when I picked up the new ring, they didn't even offer today and when I asked if there was a warranty, since he did basically make my ring he said not to bang it on anything and there was just the manufacturer warranty which they did not give me. This is a one of a kind ring he made specifically for me. How does a manufacturer warranty cover that?

High prices low quality. The older man who work here was very rude when I said what he was pushing was to dated of a look. The lady working seems nice.
