I completely regret buying our wedding bands here. We spent time visiting different jewelers to decide where we wanted to go and who had bands that we both liked. When we visited Kay’s they had similar bands as other jewelers, and at a great price. This helped us make our decision to go with them. I am happy with our rings but the customer service was absolutely shocking. The girl who helped us the first day we were there deciding on what we wanted, seemed very inexperienced as well as socially awkward. I wish we would have walked out then. As we are ringing out, she did not seem to truly know the policies that Kay’s offers. She had to walk away several times to ask other employees for the answers to the questions that we were asking. Once the order was complete, she told us our rings would be in the store in about 10 business days at which we will get a phone call once they are in. Over three weeks pass, and I still did not get a phone call. I called the store to check if our rings have arrived, and they tell me that my wedding band was in but my fiancé was not. A woman from the store tells me she will call the company who makes the ring to check on it’s status. Later that evening she calls me back and says after checking with that company that the ring had been shipped and delivered to Kay jewelers, at which she then found his ring there in the store. So a couple days later I go to the store to pick up our wedding bands. The man at the desk finds my wedding band and he also tells me that my fiancé‘s ring is not there at the store. I tell him I know it is because I had already had this conversation with the lady on the phone. He then finds a ring after having to ask the manager where it might be, then tells me I still have a remaining balance on his ring. I also know that we had paid for the wedding bands the first day we were there at the store deciding on which we were going with. He continues to tell me that this sheet of paper tells him that we still have a balance due. I told him I was not paying it because I know I had already paid for the ring, and at this point I am very upset with the unorganize dcustomer service I have received at the store. He then needs to consult with the manager, who magically finds out that we did indeed already pay for all of the rings that I was picking up that day. I do not understand how a business where people spend thousands of dollars on jewelry can be so unorganized and try to charge people for rings that they had already paid for as well as lose rings that people had already paid for. I Will not be purchasing any more jewelry from them.

I'm writing this review solely for the awesome service I was provided by Heather. I have had my jewelry inspected at several different Kay's and Heather was by far the best! She was extremely thorough and took time to talk to me about my pieces.

My husband and I work in construction so we do not have time sometimes to do anything we stopped in our clothes dirty and muddy not once were we judged .The staff were all warm and friendly they all greeted us with smiles on Thier faces .Went out of Thier way to help us and we bought a ring from them .I went to 2 other stores both times looked down at and even one sales persons refused to take a ring out of the case stating it was over 2 thousand dollars ! Needless to say we went to this Kay location and bought that same ring so THANKYOU! To all the staff at this location!
