In-store the service is decent and salespeople were patient as I had to bounce back and forth between stores to repeatedly compare similar items. However, after calling for days about a wedding ring which I've heard nothing back about a week ahead of the date, I have only gotten someone to answer the phone once. There is no voicemail, not even a corporate one. The number is right since it's directly from this Google listing, and they have picked up one time. I live in a different city and can't just drop by. You would think with the amount of $$$ potentially at stake for the store they would have some kind of effective system in place to serve customers. Recommend the folks at Littman's across the mall hallway for much better customer service.

Will only speak to you when you are in the store to get the sale! Then if you have questions over the phone. You get the cold shoulder and not directly information. I was waiting for my bands to come in after sizing and had to physically go to the store to find out one wasn't there in time and the other wasn't sized properly. Go to Harrisburg or Colonial Park Mall location for better customer service!

Stood patiently at the register for 10 mins all for the lady to look at me and pick the person who just walked in. I just walked out to never return.

They closed my account do to 1 year of inactivity. This means No warranty repair work, an affected credit report and a "new" account would increase the interest rate to 26%. Buyer be aware : Signet Jewelers owns Zales, Jared, Kays and maybe others.
